I purchased this for a 2010 f150 5.4. I wanted a bit more power and better mpg. I have no base line since I installed it at 600 miles on the odometer. I just returned from a 2700 mile trip and averaged a total of 16 mpg. My best on the highway at 70mph was 20.5 mpg. At 75mph it was about 18 mpg. I have the 6 speed auto in the truck.
